- SAVE a back up file the same minute you see your IMAGE is working perfectly and KEEP this tiny .ZIP file in a location you are going to remember in time of need.
- Follow the simple process below to restore your perfect NEX-GEN hot spot IMAGE in under 20 seconds which will have all your settings, including the MODEM TX/RX offset’s for flawless Hot Spot operation.
BACK UP step #1
BACK UP step #2 (creates a small .ZIP file with all your personal settings)
RESTORE step #1 (RESET PI-STAR back to factory defaults)
RESTORE step #2 (OPEN RESTORE)
RESTORE step #3 (SELECT the back up “xxxxxx.ZIP” file you saved with all your personal settings)
RESTORE step #4 (RESTORE your PERSONAL PI-STAR image back to PERFECT in under 20 seconds)
A screen will appear with a long string of ACSI text which is your personal DATA being downloaded into PI-STAR.
DONE !
